Truck Driver Dies in Central Florida Accident

A tractor-trailer driver was pronounced dead after an accident near Lake Helen, Florida along Interstate-4 in Central Florida. The truck went off the roadway and several Good Samaritans began performing CPR on the driver. The accident happened at approximately 10:30 a.m. on September 4, 2016. The driver has not been identified and was taken to a local hospital. Investigators are determining whether a pre-existing medical condition was a cause of the crash.
